The CP375 Converts from a Perforating
to a Creasing Machine in Seconds or Vice Versa

• Longitudinal Sequential Perforation: The CP375 combines longitudinal sequential perforation and creasing. At the heart of this new model is a patented tool changing system. All the operator has to do is slide the tool out of the machine and replace it: the new tool is immediately detected by a electric photocell and the corresponding pressure is automatically adjusted. As a result, the minimum distance between two creasing lines, which is 30 mm on the CF375, is reduced to just 1 mm, which allows book covers to be creased in a single pass. Useful for photo albums, for example.

• Line Folding: The longitudinal sequential perforation is one of the main features of the new Touchline CP375. And with interchangeable tools, the CP375 transforms in seconds from a perforating to a creasing machine or vice versa. In in-line combination with the TCF375 creasing and folding machine, even more complex jobs can be performed; two-way sequential perforation, creasing and folding.

• Speed ​​of Execution: On the CP375, document downtime is compensated by software development, which synchronizes the descent of the tool with the deceleration of the paper and thus maintains the speed of execution.

Very Easy to Use

• Color Touch Screen & "One Touch" Control: Behind the name Touchline, Multigraf s.a. hides the philosophy of its new generation. "Hit a key and here we go!" The needed information is programmed by symbols on a color touch screen. The rest is automatically set by the machine, hardly any manual adjustment is needed. The multifunctional button, ergonomically positioned in the center of the machine, contains the controls for efficient production. All important adjustments are set up directly and centrally via the color touchscreen.

• Suction Feeder: The high pile feeder with suction belts and front blower handles formats from 105 x 148 mm (4.13 x 5.83") up to 375 x 1,050 mm (14.76 x 41.34")

• Double Sheet Detection: high operational reliability in production is guaranteed by professional double sheet ultrasonic testing.

Ease of Operation

• Upper & Lower Output: Ouput belt with automatic adjustment. All folded products will be delivered on this high capacity output. If the sheets are only creased, they come out into the bottom stacker and do not pass the folding rollers.

• Guiding System: The lateral guiding unit allows precise feeding of the sheets. Simple one-handed operation.
