Operate the entire system from a PC station with any configuration. The PC Controller software on the Slitter/Cutter/Creaser makes it easy to program jobs for all your finishing. Save time by storing an unlimited number of jobs on the hard drive and recall them when needed.
The DC Folder utilizes two knife blades to perform common fold styles as well as custom folds. The combination of a knife folder with spring-loaded rollers makes it possible to process a wider range of paper stocks with greater accuracy and without adjustments. When folding different paper thicknesses, the spring-loaded rollers adjust automatically.
This system integrates the DC-618 with the new DC-F100 Folder and Stacker. Applications up to 400 gsm can be processed without interrupting productivity. The folder can be bypassed when running business cards, which neatly stack on the long conveyor stacker without having to disconnect the fold unit. Alternatively, the DC-618 card stacker can be used on the lower stacker tray simply by sliding off the conveyor stacker.
